MY BACKGROUND & APPROACH

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and HSP myself, I create a supportive space where you can show up fully, without judgment. Therapy with me isn’t about surface-level solutions. It’s a warm, collaborative process that meets you where you are and helps you build real tools for emotional regulation, stronger boundaries, and healthier relationships.

Together, we’ll gently uncover what’s keeping you stuck; whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, low self-worth, or the effects of toxic dynamics either personally or professionally, and begin healing from the inside out. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, EFT, and Attachment Theory to support your growth both in and beyond our sessions.

My goal is to help you move from overwhelm and self-doubt to clarity, confidence, and deep self-trust., so you can thrive, not just survive.
