What is holistic psychotherapy?
Holistic therapy sees your mind and body as an interconnected system rather than separate parts. Instead of just addressing symptoms, it dives deep to uncover the root causes, allowing for more profound and lasting healing.
Your brain holds thoughts, experiences, and beliefs: the key is recognizing that your body influences your thoughts and beliefs, and vice versa through the nervous system.

How does holistic psychotherapy work?
We’ve developed an approach that focuses on three major stages of healing, drawing upon a blend of therapeutic techniques tailored to assist you in each phase. This approach incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, shadow work, inner child work, attachment theory, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and polyvagal theory which integrates the different parts of your mind and body, facilitating deeper and more long-lasting healing.

Using inner child work, we'll discover and address unmet needs, heal emotional wounds, and develop ways to show kindness and care to yourself.
With shadow work, we'll dive into hidden aspects of yourself, such as triggers, hidden beliefs, and recurring patterns, bringing all parts of yourself together.
Step 2: REWIRING
Throughout our sessions, we'll focus on practical tools to overcome self-limiting beliefs, enhance your emotional well-being, and foster healthy connections in your relationships.
Together, we'll explore somatic awareness, a method that aids in understanding your emotions and building essential skills to navigate them effectively.
Leveraging polyvagal theory, we'll clarify the connection between your mind and body. Through the integration of targeted techniques, our focus will be on rewiring and aligning both aspects for improved well-being.
Our sessions will also involve cultivating valuable skills to bring balance to your relationships. This includes honing your communication abilities and establishing healthy boundaries for a more fulfilling connection with others.

In the third stage, our focus shifts to bringing together the knowledge and skills you've gained. The aim is for you to embody the positive changes you desire and play an active role in creating the fulfilling life you want.
