This will become our roadmap for equipping you with the skills that will heal your trauma at the mind (distorted thoughts, shame, blame, anger) and body (emotional dysregulation, destructive habits, eating/sleeping behaviors) level for whole healing from trauma. Once you’re stabilized, you’ll start taking steps toward the life you envision.
